Here at Potential Unearthed we start by listening rather than telling you what you need.

We don’t do ‘off the shelf’, so we’ll use all of our know-how, years of hands-on experience and oodles of creative flair to work with you to design inspiring Management and Personal Development courses and programmes that are challenging, fun and memorable.

The people behind PU...

We are Mike & Sarah Ode, joint Owners and Directors of Potential Unearthed. We’ve calculated that that we have more than 40 odd years combined experience of hands-on training design and delivery in all kinds of industry sectors. So we’ve definitely been there, done that & got many t-shirts.

That said, we’ve still got loads of energy left – so much so that we’re unashamedly determined in our pursuit to change the traditional stereotypical view by many that training is dull, boring and even uninspiring!
