Customer Service Programme

“I originally saw Mike speak on the ‘Managers 2 Leaders Programme’ at Manchester University.  I knew straight away that we had to get Mike and his team in to our business, to help us tackle some key areas of development.  Mike took the time to visit our office to find out what our exact issues were and to find out a little more about our sector, a sector he had never worked in before. He then designed and delivered a series of customer service modules that really hit the nail on the head.
