How Long do I need a Coach for?

How long is a piece of string?!…Each of our individual coaching sessions last no longer than 1.5 hours and for maximum benefit, we recommend that a minimum of three sessions are booked in initially. After that, however – you decide! Additional sessions can of course be arranged as and when required, as further development areas are identified and at a time to suit you.

Areas of focus…

In a nutshell, it’s entirely up to you! Initially, you’ll be guided by your expert coach to help you prioritise your key areas of focus and associated goals & aspirations (-although, these are by no means set in stone and can be tweaked as your coaching sessions progress).
